What Is It?
Millifrac is a breakthrough fractional microneedling technology from Dermapen World that creates precise ablative and non-ablative microchannels at controlled depths — combining the benefits of fractional laser resurfacing with the safety profile of mechanical microneedling.
Unlike standard microneedling which uses solid needles, Millifrac's patented tip design creates fractional wound patterns that ablate tissue at the channel centre while preserving surrounding tissue for faster healing — similar to fractional laser but without thermal heat.
This makes it particularly effective for South Asian and darker skin tones where thermal lasers carry higher pigmentation risk, while still delivering the resurfacing power needed for acne scars and textural irregularities.
